Returning Messages

Routine:
Dr. Bibeault checks phone messages and returns calls on days she is in the office. Email may elicit a quicker response. (Messages of an urgent nature should never be left by email.)

Urgent:
Urgent voice messages are returned as soon as possible after they are received. Dr. Bibeault provides personal, daily after-hours coverage for her practice without the use of an answering service or other physicians. Occasionally, the voice mail system fails and a message may not reach the doctor. If you are suicidal or are having other urgent psychiatric issues and have not received a response from Dr. Bibeault, please call the Crisis Clinic’s 24-hour crisis line at 206.461.3222, or call 911.
