New Patients

To begin the new patient inquiry process, please follow these instructions:

1. Review this list of conditions that Dr. Bibeault does not treat in her practice.

2. Use the appointment request tool below to submit your inquiry to the doctor. She will respond to your request via email within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note: At this time, Dr. Bibeault is accepting a limited number of new patients. Availability begins in approximately 2-4 weeks. Depending on your needs, you may be placed in the schedule, invited to be on the wait list, or given alternative referrals for care. Dr. Bibeault is rarely able to see new patients on an urgent basis; if you are in crisis or suicidal, please do not use the appointment request tool. Instead, call 911 or the community crisis line at 206-461-3222.

3. Respond to the proposed appointment time by accepting or declining the meeting invitation; if you can't open the attachment, don't use Outlook or Google calendar, or are having other compatibility problems, email Dr. Bibeault directly with your reply.

4. Once you've accepted an appointment time, complete the 4 forms below:
New Patient Registration Form
Patient Health History
Consent Form
Receipt of Privacy Practices Notice (see Privacy Practices)

5. Please ensure that your completed new patient forms arrive to the doctor via postal mail, fax or email at least one day in advance of your appointment. See her contact info at the bottom of this page.

6. Note that typically Dr. Bibeault does not write prescriptions at the first patient visit. If you are running out of medication, you should contact your previous psychiatrist or your primary care doctor for a one- to two-month supply.

7. Bring with you to the appointment:
   a. Medications you're currently taking
   b. A form of payment (cash or check)
   c. Any medical records that might be useful in your evaluation

8. See the Directions page on this website for directions to Dr. Bibeault’s office
